We ship worldwide from our german warehouse - Here you can find an overview of the countries (summarized in regions) to which we currently ship. In the table you can see the standard delivery times**, the shipping costs for your delivery country and your selected shipping method***.

If you order several items from us with different delivery times, we will send the products in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment as a whole.

All shipments outside the European Union will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Germany. Please contact your local customs authorities for more information about your local customs regulations.

**Due to the situation in the Ukraine and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some shipments can be impacted by these circumstances and a delay may occur. However, as always, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

***Please note: For a package to be delivered within the specified timeframe of your selected shipping profile, the following conditions apply: Orders will be shipped weekdays from Monday – Friday. The following times are the delivery methods cut off times (time of latest order to be shipped on the same day):

DHL -> Order received by 15:00 (CET/MEZ)
UPS -> Order received by 15:00 (CET/MEZ)
DPD -> Order received by 14:00 (CET/MEZ)
DHL Express -> Order received by 14:00 (CET/MEZ)
Warenpost -> Order received by 15:00 (CET/MEZ)

Example: If you place your order on a Saturday and you select “Warenpost Int. USA” as your shipping service, the standard delivery time is 10 days. Your order will be shipped on the next working day (Monday). This means your real delivery time is now at 12 days. Depending on the working hours of the shipping service this can be delayed further if there are any Sundays during this time. On the other hand, it could also be that your package may arrive earlier than scheduled. Delivery times also depend heavily on the accessibility of your region.
